Collection: Jingmai Mountain

Jingmai Mountain is one of the oldest tea-producing mountains in the world. Home to the Bulang people, direct descendants of the original tea cultivators of millennia past. 

Tea from here is special indeed. Ancient tea forests cover the mountainside, and are held sacred by the Bulang. The mountain recently received UNESCO World Heritage recognition, which has an impact on village life and tourism. We source from families directly within the villages, who produce tea from multi-generational old tea gardens.

Tea from Jingmai has a notable fragrance and unique, complex flavor profile that feels like a window into the greater forest ecosystem. Below is a small collection of Raw Pu'er, Red, and White teas that, we believe, starts to convey a range of expression in this collaboration between nature and culture.
