Brewing Suggestions:
Break up square into 2-3 pieces. Put whole 8g into a gaiwan or pot around 180-220ml. Temperature: 200° Time: 1st brew (discard): 20 seconds. Then, 5 seconds thereafter. Adjust time and temperature as needed. # of Brews: 10+, or until satisfied
