Water Rabbit: 2023 Old-Tree Jingmai White Tea

2023 Spring pick, old trees, according to the traditional one-bud-two-leaf picking style. Available as 8g squares. Perfect for quick adaptable brewing! Just throw a whole square into a vessel and call it good!*

Brewing Suggestions:
Break up 8g square into 3 or 4 pieces
Brew in ~180ml Gaiwan or pot (we prefer a porcelain Gaiwan for this style)
200° water
20-30 second 1st steep / rinse, then discard
10s steeps thereafter, getting slightly longer and hotter as neededd.
